Ft. Stewart is located near Savannah, Georgia, and is used as a power projection platform for the 3rd Infantry Division (Mechanized), which is assigned as a permanent garrison unit. Ft. Stewart also provides training and support facilities for the Georgia National Guard 48th Infantry Brigade (Mechanized), and Army Reserve components.

The project consists of the design and construction of a new troop and family consolidated Health Clinic to provide Primary Care, Allergy/immunization, ENT/Audiology, Optometry, Physical Exam, Pharmacy, Radiology, Laboratory and Support Services.

Support facilities include fire protection and alarm systems, building information systems, storm drainage, exterior lighting, electrical, water, sewer & gas service, anti-terrorism/force protection, and other site improvements.
