RLF provided programming and master planning services for the Stuart Campus in early 1999. The master plan revealed that 40,000 -sq.-ft. of new and renovated spaces were required. The hospital was then faced with having to prioritize space needs due to budget constraints. The decision was made to phase the construction over multiple years to allow all work to be accomplished without shutting down departments or services.

The project scope includes an outpatient lab, endoscopy, new registration (Patient / ED), pharmacy,
ED exam rooms, new chapel, entrance lobby gift shop,
dining expansion, doctors lounge, medical records, and surgery lockers.
