This project includes a clinic addition to house Primary Care, Aerospace Medicine and a OB/GYN Clinic. Extensive alterations expand most departments in the existing hospital. A detached central energy plant will house new chillers, emergency generators, switchgear and unit substations. New construction totaled 73,000 SF and alterations 153,000 SF.

Due to the client's time constraints, two full design teams set up an on-site "Mobile office" and worked with administrators and users to accomplish Concept and Schematic Design approval in 10 days. Documentation included site plans, room-by-room floor plans, life safety plans, engineering narratives, staging and phasing plans, construction schedules, cost estimates, energy analysis and perspective sketches.
