The College's student center and bookstore renovation totaled 40,000 sf. Construction was phased to provide for continued operation of the bookstore and shared use of a loading dock throughout construction.

The Center provides seating for 950 in the main dining room and covered outdoor seating for an additional 260 students. The multiple-use design provides for musical performances, dancing and large group testing.
