A seamless addition to the existing library resulted in a dynamic new facility totaling 50,000 sf.

A new 20,000 sf dining facility featured a serving configuration which proved so successful that the design was called a "New Generation" of dining facilities by the Air Force.

Both buildings complemented the existing master site and utilities plans and are compatible in scale, color and texture with neighboring structures.

RLF's design and contract administration services earned "Excellent" performance ratings from the Corps of Engineers and nomination for a Design Award.
