RLF provided planning, design services and performance specifications to support a delivery system joining U.S. and Italian government agencies with Italian developers for build / lease back facilities serving approximately 10,000 service personnel.

Design teams spent a total of five weeks on site and developed concept Master Plans, Floor Plans and Elevations for 26 buildings in just 90 days. Master Plans addressed zoning and site constraints, utility and infrastructure plans, site appearance definition and landscape design. Buildings included a community center, POV processing center, public works facility, support services, chapel / religious education, radio TV studio, CDC, navy retail store, theater, fire station, housing recreation support, auto hobby shop, physical fitness center, youth services building, bowling center, recreation maintenance facility, Navy lodge with 96 rooms, defense re-utilization material office, telephone switch building and pass and ID facility.
